I build IoT monitoring systems, code-cited compliance tools, AI agent teams and hardware products, from zero to one.

I am a product builder from Nagpur with 6+ years across IoT, EV, autonomous systems and AI-native operations. Today I build the fire safety products of Siya Habitats: systems that keep a building fire safe between inspections.

About Me

I take products from an idea to something people rely on, and I stay close enough to the hardware, the code and the customer to know when a thing only looks finished. My path runs through autonomous robotics, connected EV hardware rolled out across two countries, and now fire safety, where I build at Siya Habitats, the technology and services division of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE), Nagpur.

The habit I value most: check the effect, not the setting. A fire panel that passes inspection day can degrade quietly the next morning; a health check can stay green while every real call hangs. So I build products that prove their state continuously, and teams of AI agents where the checking role is always separate from the producing role.

  1. Head of Growth and Strategy

    IFEMJanuary 2026 to Present

    Remote

    • Architected an AI agent workforce spanning 6 business functions (B2B sales, B2C, marketing, admin, academic and web), each agent owning a defined input and a defined output, with a human approval gate on anything customer facing.
    • Built Fire Audit Pro, Fire Code Expert and the Fire Design Engine for Siya Habitats, and built and operate the Fire Watch Pro cloud platform and dashboard, whose edge gateway I architected.
    • Moved daily marketing onto a retired 2018 phone running 24/7 at about two watts, retiring a cloud pipeline that ran at over 3x its monthly quota and cutting owner time on daily engagement from 60 to 120 minutes down to about 5.

  2. Product Manager, IoT

    Vecmocon Pvt Ltd.January 2024 to September 2025

    New Delhi, India

    • Managed the production and deployment lifecycle of a 5,500-unit IoT device rollout across the Indian and Sri Lankan two and three wheeler market, on time and in budget, leading 8 engineers across hardware, software, testing and integration.
    • Took the product through IATF 16949 automotive quality certification.
    • Shipped a driver income prediction solution from vehicle telemetry, contributing to 7 patent filings, and delivered the IoT systems the company's venture round was underwritten on.

  3. Head of Product

    Flo Mobility Pvt Ltd.January 2022 to January 2024

    Bangalore, India

    • Set strategic product objectives with product and growth teams, delivering 30 percent annual revenue growth and a 20 percent month-on-month increase in recurring revenue by prioritising retention and expansion over new-logo acquisition.
    • Owned the full development cycle from prototyping through launch and iteration, and the backlog and roadmap against business value and customer impact.

  4. Product Owner

    Flo Mobility Pvt Ltd.January 2021 to January 2022

    Bangalore, India

    • Hired and led 9 engineers across robotics, electronics, mechanical and software to build autonomous driving systems running on local, on-device AI, contributing to 3 patent filings and to securing venture funding.
    • Delivered a bespoke edge compute module for Linux robotics, cutting cost 60 percent and lifting performance 50 percent, and cut lidar cost 80 percent by moving the burden from the sensor into perception.

Fire Safety Products

Fire safety is checked once a year. Fire happens on the other 364 days. At Siya Habitats we build one family of products around one building: check the drawings before it is built, audit it on site, watch it every day after, and answer any code question with its clause. The goal is NOC-worthy drawings and a NOC-worthy solution, with every gap found and every rule cited.

An Automated Continuous Monitoring System (ACMS) that watches a building's fire panel, pumps, tanks and fans around the clock, so readiness becomes a live state on a dashboard rather than a line in a register. Continuous monitoring is now required by law in two states.

An offline-first audit app. The checklist is derived from the code for that building, so an auditor never sees a question that cannot apply; findings are captured floor by floor without signal, and the report comes from the same data. Built to make a building fire NOC worthy.
